We started doing this before there was a website for it.

VisaOnly grew out of years of helping people navigate visa applications the hard way — by actually understanding what each embassy needs. Now we are putting that experience online.

Our story

Built from doing the work, not reading about it

We did not start with a platform. We started with people who needed visas and were getting rejected, confused by requirements, or submitting applications that were technically correct but missing the point.

Over time, handling enough applications across enough embassies taught us something that no checklist captures: every country processes differently, and every applicant profile reads differently at the other end. A Schengen application from someone with a strong travel history looks nothing like one from a first-time applicant, and the preparation needs to reflect that.

VisaOnly is now going online to reach more people who need this kind of help. The work is still done by hand. That part does not change.

We review before we advise
Before telling you what documents to gather, we look at your profile — travel history, nationality, purpose of visit. The list we give you is based on your situation, not a generic template.

We prepare everything
Forms, cover letters, itinerary structure, supporting documents. We put the application together and check it before it goes in. You are not expected to figure out what the embassy wants to see.

We follow through
After submission, we track the application and keep you informed. Once the visa comes through, we get it to you. The process ends with the visa in your hand, not with us clicking submit.

Honesty about what we can do
We will tell you if an application looks difficult before we take it on. We would rather have that conversation early than take your money and deliver a refusal.
No unnecessary jargon
Visa requirements are already confusing enough. We explain things in plain terms and tell you exactly what you need and why, without making it feel more complicated than it needs to be.
The same care for every file
A straightforward application does not get less attention than a complex one. Every file goes through the same review before submission, regardless of which country it is for.
Accessible across borders
We work with applicants across multiple locations. Your nationality or where you are based does not change how we approach your application.
