These terms apply to all clients who use the services of VisaOnly. By proceeding with an application through us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. Please read them carefully before making any payment or submitting documents.

How we assess your application

Every application we handle goes through an individual review before any work begins. We assess each client's profile separately — including travel history, nationality, purpose of visit, and the specific requirements of the destination country.

We do not offer a one-size-fits-all process. The checklist and approach we recommend are based on what we see in your profile, not on a standard template. This review happens before we confirm acceptance of your case and before any payment is collected.

Payment and confirmation

Our service charges are only collected after you have reviewed and confirmed the scope of work. We do not take payment before explaining what we will do, what it will cost, and what the expected timeline is.

  • Processing begins only after written confirmation from you that you wish to proceed.
  • The service fee covers preparation, filing, and follow-up — it does not include embassy fees, VFS charges, biometric fees, courier costs, or travel insurance unless explicitly stated.
  • Embassy and government fees are payable separately, directly by you or your agent, using a debit or credit card as required by the relevant authority.

No refund policy

Once processing has begun, our service charge is non-refundable. This applies in the following situations:

  • If you withdraw your application after work has started.
  • If your visa application is refused by the embassy.
  • If you change your travel plans or no longer require the visa after submission.
  • If the application reaches any intermediate stage, including document preparation, form submission, or appointment booking.
Embassy and government fees are non-refundable in all cases, regardless of the outcome of your application. These fees are paid to the relevant authority and are outside our control.

No guarantee of visa approval

We prepare the strongest possible application based on your profile and the requirements of the destination embassy. However, visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.

We do not guarantee approval. The outcome of any visa application depends on the embassy's assessment of your profile, which is outside our control. Factors including travel history, financial standing, employment, and the discretion of the reviewing officer all influence the decision.

We will always be honest with you about your chances before you decide to proceed. If we feel a profile is unlikely to succeed, we will say so before accepting the case.

Accuracy of information provided by the client

You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents you provide to us are accurate, genuine, and complete. We prepare your application based on what you give us.

  • We are not liable for delays, refusals, or legal consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information supplied by the client.
  • If an application is refused due to information that was inaccurate or withheld, the service charge is still non-refundable.

Third-party services

Some applications require services from third parties, including VFS Global, biometric centres, courier companies, travel insurance providers, or other government-authorised agencies.

Where we engage or refer you to a third-party provider as part of your application:

  • We are not liable for any delays, losses, errors, or failures caused by those third parties.
  • Their own terms and conditions apply to the services they provide.
  • Any additional costs charged by third parties are separate from our service fee and are the client's responsibility.
VisaOnly is not responsible for any loss, financial or otherwise, arising from services provided by third-party organisations, regardless of whether we made the referral or arrangement.

Processing timelines

We will give you an estimated processing time based on current embassy processing speeds at the time of your application. These are estimates only. Embassy processing times can change without notice and are outside our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by embassies, VFS centres, courier services, or changes in government policy. We recommend not booking non-refundable travel until your visa has been confirmed.

Confidentiality

All documents and personal information you share with us are used solely for the purpose of preparing and submitting your visa application. We do not share your information with any third party except where required to complete your application (for example, with VFS or the relevant embassy).

We store your documents securely and do not retain them beyond the period needed for your application.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you engage our services is the one that applies to your case. We recommend checking this page if you have any questions before proceeding.
